For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At RED MAVERICK we carry out three different types of personal data processing:
- We process the information provided to us by candidates in order to keep them informed of the various job vacancies that arise in our organization.
- We process the information provided to us by potential clients in order to present our commercial proposals and services to them.
- We process the information of participants in our research for the purpose of conducting market research.
If the communication of your personal data is voluntary, necessary to provide you with a service or for you to participate in our market research. If you prefer not to provide us with your information, we will not be able to provide you with any services or participate in our research projects.
What personal data of yours will we process?
In the case of candidates and clients, we will process your basic contact information. In the case of market research participants, we will process your basic contact information as well as your opinions and preferences expressed in our research projects.
The source of the data is the interested parties themselves.
How long will we retain your data?
The data provided will be retained for one year or until you exercise your right to erasure.
What is the legitimacy for processing your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent of the interested party.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
In the case of candidates and clients, no data will be shared with third parties, except where legally required.
In the case of market research participants, communications may be made to:
- Banks and savings banks, to make payments
- Tax Administration, to comply with tax obligations
- The company that has contracted the study in which you participate, to which videos and audio recordings with the content of the interviews conducted may be provided
Will your data be transferred outside the European area?
No, your personal data will not be shared outside the European area.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not RED MAVERICK is processing personal data that concerns them.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, withdraw their consent, and request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
